- If you have purchased Maintenance & Support, you are invited to call us anytime at 1-800-898-8615 or get just as quick a response by Submitting a Ticket.
- All phone calls or support tickets for current M&S customers will be responded to no later than the same business day and sometimes minutes after you submit a ticket.
- If you have not purchased M&S, we invite you to use our online resources or email us. We will strive to respond to within 24 hours.
- Most issues are addressed during the first response or call. However, if the issue takes longer, we strive to turn around a response within 24 hours and strive to resolve the issue within 72 hours.
- On rare occasions of issues that extend beyond 72 hours and with your agreement, we will proactively keep you posted every 72 hours on the status of the resolution.
