From the Notes screen, you may enter new notes or read existing ones.

You may also view the (read-only) history of activities for the opportunity you select. This is set when using the Tracking type drop-down values when adding new notes.

From the Products/Services screen, you may:
- Assign products and services to opportunities.
- Remove products and services from opportunities.

The dropdown list of products and services is not created or edited on your Mobile device: rather, it is created using Administrative rights on Prophet Personal or Prophet Server and then synched to the device. Thus, the same product and service names are used consistently throughout your organization, for reporting purposes.
