| CUSTOMER TESTIMONIAL |

 |
Prophet performs as advertised and then some. I have used most of the major contact programs over the years and this is the best by far. Because it integrates with Outlook there is nothing to learn. Your sales team will thank you. |

| Opportunity Management |
|
| From the Main screen you may: |
- View all opportunities stored on the device.
- Create a new opportunity.
- Edit fields associated with an opportunity.
- Delete opportunities from the device. (This does not delete opportunities from the Prophet database on your Server or Personal edition of Prophet, it just clears it from your mobile device)
- View details by selecting an opportunity.

|
|
| From the Opportunity Detail screen, you may: |
- Use the Mobile device to assign dropdown and field values to opportunities.
- Edit the existing assignment of dropdown and field values.
Note: Dropdown list values are not created on the mobile device: rather, they are created using Administrative rights on Prophet Personal or Prophet Server and then synched to the device. Thus, the same opportunity and categorization criteria are used consistently throughout your organization, for reporting purposes.
