| As Jane and Mark progress through the sales process, Jane wants to
update which stage he is at and insert critical notes. Here’s how she does it: |
|
- She clicks on the down arrow on the View button in the Prophet
toolbar and selects contacts with Activities.
- From this list she selects Mark Sexton which brings up all of the
sales activities she has set-up with Mark (currently just the one, but who
knows in the future!)
- By double clicking on the duplex sales opportunity in the list,
the Opportunity Window pops open and she edits accordingly.

| When she has completed the process and the duplex closes, she
closes out the opportunity using the Won/Loss field and the Reason field in the
Opportunity window. It looks like this: |
