| During any part of the process, Jane can generate reports that
show won/loss rates, sales pipelines, etc. This helps Jane combine all of her
opportunities into single views to gage the status of her current or future
revenue. Here’s how: |
|
- Jane clicks on Reports in the Prophet toolbar to start up the
Avidian Report creator.
- She selects the report template she wants to use. This can be one
of the thirty-two templates that come with Prophet or a custom template that
she has created with the Report Design. Since she has already closed this deal,
she selects the Won/Loss template and filters by opportunities closed in the
last 10 days.
- Clicking on The View Report button displays the report which can
be reduced to fit in the Report Preview window.
|
|
 |
|
| 4. Once Jane has the report she wants, she can save it in one of five
formats including HTML, PDF, RTF, TIF, TXT, or XLS for sharing with co-workers,
superiors, etc. |
