Our support staff are located in our corporate offices in Redmond WA, and speak fluent English.
When you submit a ticket we will respond by phone or email within 2 hours, usually within a few minutes. We strive to resolve all issues within no more than 3 working days, however if your issuetakes longer we will proactively inform you as to the progress of the ticket.
If you are a GOLD CLIENT, please feel free to call us at 1 800 898 8615 or 425 457 7701 and identify yourself as a GOLD CLIENT...you will be transferred to a member of our support staff directly.
If you are an EVALUATING CLIENT, please call 425 457 7701 and speak with your Account Executive, and they will transfer you to a support tech immediately.
