Job Description:

  • Microsoft Development stack: Visual Studio 2010, C#, VB.net, SQL
  • Strong UI Experience. The goal of our product is Simplified CRM. We need a UI that reduces the complexity of CRM.
  • 2+ years’ experience with C# or VB.Net and Windows application development
  • Demonstrated Strong Development practice experience. Can explain what makes good code good and bad code bad.
  • SQL server 2005+ experience
  • Strong Development process experience using standard practices: source control, bug tracking, Scrum/Agile,
  • Strong verbal and communication skills. Ability to author technical design documentation, write occasional KB article, etc
  • Work well with people. As a small company, we work directly with support, implementation, and sales teams.

Job Description:

  • The Senior Software .Net Developer will work to develop core features in Prophet
  • Will guide the architecture and development of next generation software products
  • Will work to improve the User Interface and User Experience of Prophet
  • Prepares requirements analysis, and specifications for applications of a highly technical or complex nature
  • Full life cycle software development
  • Assists other developers, test engineers with application and technical problems
  • Analyzes, designs, codes, tests, implements, maintains, and documents software
  • Provide technical information to assist in the development of products
  • Work closely with technical support to provide speedy and quality support to customers
  • May be responsible for leading a team of software developers
  • Troubleshooting complex customer software problems via phone, or email

Sales Executive

Length of position: Fulltime / Permanent

Job Description:

This is a sales hunter position with responsibilities in Europe, Asia or North America. The position has a significant amount of dedicated marketing support. Historically marketing functions have been able to provide at least 75%of quota in qualified leads every month. A lead is defined as a name, number, and a positive confirmation that they are in a purchasing cycle and wish to speak with a sales person.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Be an exceptional sales leader. You are selling to senior sales and marketing professionals. They know a good sales experience when they get it. You must be much more than just not shy.
  • Have the ability to set clear and concise expectations with your prospects. They will often want the world. You must have the integrity and skills to sell them something more reasonable.
  • Show consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals as evidenced through a strong W2 track record.
  • Bring a great attitude and willingness to work in a rapid growth environment.
  • Be technically inclined and have prior experience selling technology. You will be asked to do a presentation as part of your interview process.

Business Development Representative

Avidian, a pioneer in the creation of “easy to use” Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, is currently seeking a talented, high energy Business Development Sales Representative to help drive our growth. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Business Development Sales Representative role consists of both managing highly qualified leads (70%) and prospecting new business (30%). The Business Development Representative will be qualifying leads, setting appointments and selling to sales and marketing professionals. This role will be accountable to meet monthly and quarterly quotas with a significant amount of dedicated marketing support! We are looking for a dynamic sales minded individual who is ready to take the next step in their sales career and drive to succeed in a small but rapidly growing environment.

Successful Candidates will:

  • Have 2+ years progressive sales experience. Software sales experience a plus.
