Avidian Technologies works very hard to ensure that you receive the very best in quality and functionality from each of our products.

If you’re not 100% satisfied for any reason (or no reason at all), you can cancel your monthly Prophet OnDemand subscription at anytime and no further billings will occur. However, as this is a subscription, no amounts will be refunded.

This form is only for customers who have purchased the product directly from Avidian Technologies and have downloaded the software. Setup fees, training and professional services performed are not refundable.
