SENIOR SOFTWARE .NET DEVELOPER

Length of position: Fulltime / Permanent

Job Description:
The Senior Software .Net Developer will work to develop core features in Prophet.
Will guide the architecture and development of next generation software products.
Will work to improve the User Interface and User Experience of Prophet.
Prepares requirements analysis, and specifications for applications of a highly technical or complex nature.
Full life cycle software development.
Provide technical information to assist in the development of products.
Work closely with technical support to provide speedy and quality support to customers.

Desired Skills & Experience:
7+ years experience with VB.net/C#, XML, .Net and Windows application development.
Heavy UI design and development experience, especially focused on enterprise apps.
Object oriented development experience.
Experience with WCF and WPF.
SQL server 2005/2008 experience, writing T-SQL stored procedures (required).
Experience developing and using Web Services and SOAP.
Software architecture experience for Client/Server based applications.

SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE – STRONG FOLLOW-UP & CLOSER WANTED

Length of position: Fulltime / Permanent

Job Description:
You must have prior success calling on Presidents and senior executives of small and medium size companies in a competitive market. You must be a closer of a product with a short & medium sales cycle with a typical ticket price of $3,000 to $50,000 a deal.

You must thrive on selling new accounts and getting the initial order. You must have strong phone skills and be willing to dial the phone. You must also enjoy the thrill of relentlessly following up through the sales cycle. You should have good listening skills and above average problem solving abilities.

You should have a working knowledge of Outlook, used CRM software before and effectively manage your sales pipeline. Having prior sales management experience is beneficial so that you can speak like a Sales Manager with your prospects. You must have prior income of at least $100,000.

We sell sales software to sales people, sales managers and business owners. This is a unique opportunity where you will be using what you will be selling every day.

Base salary plus unlimited commissions.

You must thrive on selling new accounts and getting the order. You must have strong phone skills and be willing to pick up the phone and make dials. You should have good listening skills and above average problem solving ability.

You should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook or Contact Management or CRM systems in the past and effectively followed up with your prospects.
