MANAGER OF CUSTOMER IMPLEMENTATIONS

Length of position: Fulltime / Permanent

Job Description:

The Manager of Customer Implementations (MCI) reports directly to the VP of Customer Success and is a key member of the Avidian team. The primary responsibility of the MCI is to assure that we provide our all our customers with an extremely favorable experience during installations and upgrades, resulting in loyal customers that are strong advocates for Avidian and our products.

The MCI is a WORKING management position and expected to directly manage a customer project schedule of their own in addition to providing leadership to and managing three other Implementation Project Coordinators (IPC).

Managing customer implementation requires establishing good business relationships with multiple members within a customer's organization, understanding the customer's business and associated objectives using our product, and scheduling key components of the installation process with the customer's and our own internal installation and training resources. This role is responsible for staying in close contact with the customer throughout the entire installation process and managing all issues which may surface during the installation process. In this role, You and your team are Avidian experts on configuring and using our products in a multitude of customer environments and may help the customer set up templates and reports.

Requirements

  • 5 years direct experience personally managing a large volume (25-50) of external customer projects (NOT internal projects). This includes directly managing all interactions with the customer (setting expectations, keeping the customer updated, etc.) throughout the project.
  • 3 years technical background involving client/server or cloud business application software, either in project management, consulting, or support.
  • 2 years supervisor or management experience of direct reports.
  • Knowledge of Exchange Servers, SQL, Sharepoint, data migration and/or CRM systems a huge plus.

General Competencies:

  • Able to quickly establish excellent relations with a wide spectrum of customers. You will be dealing with CEOs, IT departments, sales VPs, sales people, and others.
  • Highly adept at working effectively and efficiently with internal resources (Installation engineers, training, tech support, and even development of occasion).
  • Demonstrated passion for making customers successful with products. This includes quickly understanding a customer's business and process, and determining how to deploy our product in a way that is optimally beneficial to the customer.
  • Uncanny ability to properly set customer expectations for each stage of the implementation process and then meet or exceed those expectations.
  • Unyielding discipline to follow thought on ALL commitments to customers.
  • Continually prioritize and re-prioritize projects and customer obligations.
  • Ability to lead, mentor and manage direct reports. Our current IPC staff is junior.
  • Develop internal processes that continually improve customer satisfaction and internal efficiencies.
  • Education: 4 year College Degree.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Development stack: Visual Studio 2010, C#, VB.net, SQL
  • Strong UI Experience. The goal of our product is Simplified CRM. We need a UI that reduces the complexity of CRM.
  • 2+ years’ experience with C# or VB.Net and Windows application development
  • Demonstrated Strong Development Practice experience. Can explain what makes good code good and bad code bad.
  • SQL server 2005+ experience
  • Strong Development process experience using standard practices: source control, bug tracking, Scrum/Agile,
  • Strong verbal and communication skills. Ability to author technical design documentation, write occasional KB article, etc
  • Work well with people. As a small company, we work directly with support, implementation, and sales teams.

Job Description:

  • The Senior Software .Net Developer will work to develop core features in Prophet
  • Will guide the architecture and development of next generation software products
  • Will work to improve the User Interface and User Experience of Prophet
  • Prepares requirements analysis, and specifications for applications of a highly technical or complex nature
  • Full life cycle software development
  • Assists other developers, test engineers with application and technical problems
  • Analyzes, designs, codes, tests, implements, maintains, and documents software
  • Provide technical information to assist in the development of products
  • Work closely with technical support to provide speedy and quality support to customers
  • May be responsible for leading a team of software developers
  • Troubleshooting complex customer software problems via phone, or email

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years experience with VB.net/C#,.Net and Windows application development
  • Heavy UI design and development experience, especially focused on enterprise apps
  • Object oriented development experience
  • SQL server 2005/2008 experience, writing T-SQL stored procedures
  • Software architecture experience for Client/Server based applications
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, under tight deadlines
  • Strong problem solving and solution development skills

SALES EXECUTIVE

Length of position: Fulltime / Permanent

Job Description:

This is a sales hunter position with responsibilities in Europe, Asia or North America. The position has a significant amount of dedicated marketing support. Historically marketing functions have been able to provide at least 75%of quota in qualified leads every month. A lead is defined as a name, number, and a positive confirmation that they are in a purchasing cycle and wish to speak with a sales person.

  • Be an exceptional sales leader. You are selling to senior sales and marketing professionals. They know a good sales experience when they get it. You must be much more than just not shy.
  • Have the ability to set clear and concise expectations with your prospects. They will often want the world. You must have the integrity and skills to sell them something more reasonable.
