Use the Outlook Plug Ins of Avidian’s Prophet to Maximize Your Profit!

 

Contained within Avidian’s top of the line CRM Prophet are many Outlook plug ins that allow you to increase the productivity of your sales force.  Some of the Outlook plug ins work to directly make your coworkers and employees more productive, other Outlook plug ins work in more passive ways to increase your productivity.   These Outlook plug ins will integrate your current corporate workflow with the Prophet CRM to take your sales team to a whole new level.

Outlook Plug Ins Included With Prophet
The Sales Management Dashboard is the first tool within Prophet that works with as one of a number of Outlook plug ins.  The Sales Dashboard is an initial screen that provides you with a quick snapshot of your business.   In these screens you can look at your sales pipeline by stage, probability, and close date.  In addition it will break down the sales numbers into gross and projected profit by calendar year and phase of the sale cycle.  All of these can go into Outlook making the first of the Outlook plug ins one of the most powerful in its simplicity and accuracy.

The second of the Outlook plug ins to examine is the Quota Management Dashboard.  This is one of several Outlook plug ins that can transmit the data through Outlook.  This screen allows managers and employees to quickly and easily see quotas and how on track they are or are not.    In addition if you use other Outlook plug ins to work with this dashboard, employees can check and send their information automatically.  Prophet keeps you on top of your sales people and in addition keeps them informed to where they stand while fully working with other Outlook plug ins that send these reports back and forth.

Prophet also has Outlook plug ins to create a personalized to do list that aggregates appointments and tasks.  The Outlook plug ins include these items in your calendar and keep you alerted of past due items.  You can use this to look at a date range and plan your future activities.  Prophet uses the Outlook plug ins so that all of this is easy to find in a familiar format.

Prophet does not stop there. It also works with more Outlook plug ins to increase your sales and profit.  The custom quote feature allows you to quickly create formatted quotations that work with all the different Outlook plug ins.  These quotes come complete with your Company’s logo, products and service description, part numbers and more.  In addition once generated the quote will automatically update the other sections of Prophet so you have a record of your activities.  This uses the Outlook plug ins to automatically link the quote file to the opportunity record.  In addition to working with your Outlook plug ins, Prophet is exportable to the Excel format for easy editing.    You can also customize the entire quote template to suit you and your customers needs.
In addition Prophet can use the Outlook plug ins to send any and all of these reports in a summary format.  By working with the Outlook plug ins to accept these charts and graphs you can quickly integrate your sales force using a program they already understand.  Outlook is the most prevalent email client in the world by a large margin, and having a CRM that can use Outlook plug ins work together seamlessly is a huge advantage.  These reports have a preview feature that allows you to quickly look at them without excessive load times and overhead. 

You can also use the Outlook plug ins so that it will integrate all of you contacts and companies.  You can than use the advanced filtering with your Outlook plug ins to filter companies by name, city, province/state, zip/postal code, category and county region.  A typical use of this with the Outlook plug ins would be to email a personalized letter to everyone in a certain zip code.
