This feature provides the ability to filter contacts and companies by name, city, province/state, ZIP/postal code, category and country/region. Typical use would be to create a filtered view for all contacts that are in certain cities or zip codes.
Use the Group Email function to send a personalized html email out to everyone in that city. Additional filtering is available by country, state, region, account rep, and category.
