We realize that there may be times when you need to return a product, so Avidian Technologies offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all Annual Subscription or Perpetual license products. If you’ve purchased a month-to-month subscription, no amounts will be refunded but you may cancel your subscription at anytime and no further amounts will be billed moving forward. Setup fees, training and professional services performed and shipping and handling charges are not refundable. |
