Prophet Sales Automation and Workflow helps sales people to follow a consistent process to close more sales.
1.  Create Drip Email Campaigns – Sales Automation allows you to send an email automatically every 30, 60 or 90 days. You can also choose one or multiple contacts to send the automatic emails to. Never drop the ball again in not following up.
2.  Follow a Consistent Sales Process – The workflow Engine allows Prophet Users to set specific actions to occur as they are moving their sales opportunities through their sales process. For example, whenever you move a customer to the Proposal stage, automatically notify the sales manager through an email. This way you know your sales team are following the same process throughout the sales cycle.
3.  Send Prebuilt Email Templates – Right after a meeting, click on the contact and choose the Thank You Email Template and send the prospect a thank you note for meeting with you. Then choose also to automatically send them another email in 30 days to follow up and see what the next steps are.
4.  Automatically Assign Tasks – With Workflow, when you change from one sales stage to another, i.e. from presenting to proposal, assign the sales admin to create the proposal for you and have her mail it out.
5.  Sales Automation – You can set up the Sales Assistant to send carefully timed emails to your contacts, or to start creating tasks automatically to remind yourself to make follow up phone calls. Sales Automation is included in the Advanced and Professional Editions.
6.  Workflow Automation You can setup Workflow items to automatically trigger through each sales stage of your opportunity. Workflow is included in the Premium and Enterprise Editions.
