Best Practices Installation help insure that Prophet is successfully setup the first time you install it. BPI Service is available in blocks of consulting hours and can be customized to fit your requirements. The following are typically covered during the installation:
Consultation on Best Practices for Prophet Installation
- Discussion on current network infrastructure (client & server, terminal services, remote connection methods, etc), current hardware environments
- Installing Prophet Server on an existing or new computer
- Configuration Options on Prophet Server
- Installation of Prophet clients and connecting Clients to the Prophet Server
Consultation & Recommendations Relating with Outlook Contacts / Companies Usage
- Using existing Outlook Contacts and new Outlook contacts

The Prophet Training program is designed to get your users up and running with Prophet quickly and learn the fundamentals of Prophet. Training is available in a variety of packages and can be customized to fit your requirements. Most trainings are conducted via GoToMeeting through the web but onsite training is also available.
Administrative Training Session
- Our trainer will work with your management team to review the needs and what you want to accomplish in the User Training Session.
- Review contact organization made during BPI & Working Contact folder settings and Prophet Filter
- Consultation can include on how you plan to manage new sales leads, how leads are entered, what products or services you sell, how you want to track it in Prophet and how you plan to customize your Opportunity Screen.
- Discussions on advanced subjects can cover centralize contact sharing, effective opportunity management, group emailing specific sets of contacts or opportunities, sales automation and workflow, importing contact data and Administrative functions in Prophet.
- Best practices on how to properly customize your Drop down fields and user tabs.
- If Customer so chooses, they can send their customized Prophet Configuration template to the Trainer prior to the User Training Session. This way the Prophet Trainer can import it into our Training Computer and use your template to train your team.
