The Prophet Training program is designed to get your users up and running with Prophet quickly and learn the fundamentals of Prophet. Training is available in a variety of packages and can be customized to fit your requirements. The STANDARD Corporate Training curriculum is listed below. Any other SPECIAL or CUSTOMIZED training arrangement will be written in Section 6.1- Deliverables and Investment Section of this proposal.

Administrative Training Session (1 Hour Session)

• Our trainer will work with your management team to review the needs and what you want to accomplish in the User Training Session.
• Review contact organization made during BPI & Working Contact folder settings and Prophet Filter
• Consultation can include on how you plan to manage new sales leads, how leads are entered, what products or services you sell, how you want to track it in Prophet and how you plan to customize your Opportunity Screen.
• Discussions on advanced subjects can cover centralize contact sharing, effective opportunity management, group emailing specific sets of contacts or opportunities, sales automation and workflow, importing contact data and Administrative functions in Prophet.
• Best practices on how to properly customize your Drop down fields and user tabs.
• If Customer so chooses, they can send their customized Prophet Configuration template to the Trainer prior to the User Training Session. This way the Prophet Trainer can import it into our Training Computer and use your template to train your team.

Live Instructor Lead End-User Training Session (1 Hour Session)

• Have a brief PowerPoint sharing what the train session will include
• Walk through Prophet with your company’s customized template if applicable. The topics your team will be trained on is:
  • Explaining Prophet Dashboard
  • How to create and manage contacts
  • How to create and manage opportunities
  • How to customize your Opportunity Manager View
  • How to create Emails, Calendar Items in an Opportunity
  • How to send a Personalize Group Email
  • Demonstrate how to run Prophet Reports and see reports in Excel
  • How to view shared information (if applicable)

How to view shared information (if applicable)

• Join other Prophet users for Prophet refresher trainings for a period of 12 months after you purchase Prophet.
• Contact training@avidian.com to view and schedule yourself for any Start Right Trainings that are offered, usually offered twice a month.

NOTE: All training is done online over the web using GotoMeeting unless onsite training is purchased. We provide you with a URL that all participants can log into during the session. The voice portion is done through our conference provider and does require you to dial a long distance toll number. Training Sessions purchased must be used within 90 days of the purchase date. If they are not used within 90 days from the purchase date (unless extended in writing by an authorize Avidian associate) the Training Sessions will automatically expire.
