Prophet Start Right Training

This class is designed for any single user or small business with fewer than 5 users who want to get up to speed quickly in their use of Prophet. With this session you can begin using Prophet right away and see the results of managing your contacts and sales opportunities.

This training is conducted in two, one hour sessions. The first session is an introduction to Prophet, walking through how to use Prophet on a day to day basis. The second session dives into more details such as reporting, group emailing customization and plenty of time for questions.

Introductory Prophet Class Topics
  		• Contact Management; Creating and managing contacts and companies
  		• Introduction to the sales opportunity
  		• Creating and filling out sales opportunities
  		• Accessing saved sales opportunities
  		• Sales Management; Managing your sales opportunities
  		• Managing tasks and appointments associated with sales opportunities
    Advance Prophet Class Topics
  		• Customization of the sales opportunity
  		• Sales Reporting including standard and custom reports
  		• Group emailing
  		• Advanced methods for creating contacts and opportunities
  		• Transfer and backup or your Prophet Data
  		• Prophet Q&A Forum
    *Basic knowledge of Prophet is required for this course. Topics covered in the Introductory class are not covered in depth in this class.

    Classes are offered once a week
    The training is conducted through a Web Session using Microsoft Live Meeting. A link with password will be provided after you register that will allow you to login into the Online Training Session. A conference call number will be sent to you as well including access codes after you register.
