Welcome to the Prophet Training Center!
We have developed several comprehensive training options designed to help you setup, use, and leverage Prophet to improve your business.
Our Start Right training series was originally intended to help our single license customers jumpstart their Prophet 6 experience. These classes proved so effective that we have opened them up to ALL Prophet customers. The Start Right training series provides a lecture style presentation in three 1-hour sessions that covers the following materials.
  • Getting Started - Setting up Prophet for your business.

  • Basic User Skills - Using Prophet on a daily basis to manage contacts and opportunities.
    •
  • Advanced Features - Configuring and using Prophet's advanced features and reports to streamline your business.
    •
    Start Right Training is FREE to all customers who maintain a current Prophet support subscription. See the Start Right Training Series calendar and sign up for classes.

    Each class typically includes a 45 minute lecture and a 15 minute Q&A session at the end.

    Training included with each implementation package MUST be scheduled within 60 days of your initial purchase of Prophet. (except for Start Right)
    If you wish to schedule a training session included with your implemenation package or purchase additional training, please email us at scheduling@avidian.com. All additional training sessions are $249 per one hour session.
    Training Cancellations
    Corporate training sessions may be cancelled and rescheduled with no penalty provided the cancellation occurs one business day in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or "no shows" will result in a forfeiture of the training class.
