- Analytics aggregates Outlook data immediately into a visual report. Here’s a view, for example, of an Activity Report of our sales team (team members and customers blurred out of respect for their privacy).
This report was created in about 15 seconds. The visualization simply grabbed the data out of Outlook and Prophet CRM, then created the report. If a manager needed to send this to peers or subordinates for review, all that’s required is a click to save it and send it. It’s that simple and intuitive.
- View Pipeline, Stages, Wins, and Advanced filters Immediately. Everything is there for you to see as soon as you need it. If the data exists in Outlook or Prophet, it’s fair game for visualization in Prophet Analytics. At Avidian, we found that our most important metrics are: status (whether a lead is active or not), when it’s going to close, and the amount of revenue. With Analytics we can see these metrics in our Pipeline report and then drill into each sales representative or team to see what the probability of closure is at any time.
