Deployment Phase

Goal for the Deployment Phase

In the Deployment phase we will review your custom Prophet CRM system and finalize the plan to roll out to managers and end-users.

Deployment Meeting Agenda

  1. Review and finalize all customizations on the Prophet CRM system
  2. Prepare Install and Training plan for Managers and End-users

Review and Finalize System Components

In this section of the meeting we will review any final changes to your Prophet CRM Templates and Custom Fields. We will review the usage path for Managers to lead their teams as well as the usage paths for Users to enter data and access full system benefit.

By the end of this phase of the meeting all parties in attendance should understand the vision and purpose for how users will engage with Prophet CRM.

Prepare Install and Training Plan

Scheduling is important! Ideally the time-frame for this portion of the roll-out would have been covered in the Kickoff meeting, but life has a funny way of changing even the best plans.

We will want to coordinate with your IT department to ensure that all user’s machines meet the Prophet CRM System Requirements for rapid roll-out.

Depending on the size of your organization we may want to educate and install Managers separately from Users. In Management-specific training we focus on the ways to use Prophet CRM to monitor productivity, measure and forecast revenue or project progress, and coach end-users on expectations and best practices.
