Goal for Kickoff Meeting

The goal for the kickoff meeting is to introduce and align your team and our team! We will want to get a high level understanding of your firm and your goals with Prophet CRM and schedule the road ahead for success.

Kickoff Meeting Agenda

  4. Establish reasonable timeline for each of the Project Phases

Introductions & Project Role Assignments

At the top of the kickoff meeting we will want to get to know who you are and what makes you unique! We will want to assign a Project Coordinator or leader from your team who will be responsible for coordinating efforts on your side.

The Project Coordinator is the most important person in the implementation. We will want to select an individual who is organized, efficient, and has a great understanding of your firm’s business processes. It is crucial that the Project Coordinator has the available bandwidth to lead the implementation and often times a top-level executive is not a good fit for this reason.

Review your goals with Prophet CRM

We will want to establish the minimum success criteria and scope of your Prophet CRM implementation.

Why the minimum criteria?

We want to build a clear and simple understanding of what success looks like. By establishing a ‘minimum’ success criteria the targets for success will be easily communicable by all parties. Furthermore, it will be evident as to whether we have accomplished these goals at the end of the project.

Once we have the minimum criteria accomplished we will be able to expand to achieve your secondary-level goals for the Prophet CRM system.

Understanding High-Level Business Processes

While reviewing your goals we will want to understand how these goals align with your overall business processes. We will want to understand how your business operates from a 30,000 foot perspective so that we can accurately match Prophet CRM feature functionality to your real-world scenarios.

Review Project Phases

A Prophet CRM implementation is made up of five parts, and by this point in the meeting we are nearly done with the first!

Our next series of meetings will fall into a series of phases to effectively implement your custom Prophet CRM instance. The next phases are Discovery & Design, Deployment, Training, and Review & Culmination.

Setting the Implementation Timeline

It is crucial that we commit to a reasonable timeline and introduce deadlines for each phase of the project. This timeline ensures that your Prophet CRM Implementation progresses at an appropriate pace and ensures that you receive rapid return on your investment with us!

Each company requires a different timeline based on their goals and internal workings, but we find that a 2 to 6 week timeline encompasses 90% of the customers we work with. And remember, we are with you 100% of the way as your guide!
