Prophet CORE has three user statuses which govern whether a user can interact with the system. An admin can change a specified user’s status from within the Admin Settings on that user’s profile.
An Invited user is one who has been invited to use the Prophet CORE system but has not accepted and registered. Users will automatically move from ‘Invited’ to ‘Active’ when they accept the invitation. Invitations are sent by a system administrator via the ‘Manage Team’ section within an Admin’s profile.
An Active user is one who can access the Prophet CORE system. Active users can interact with the data in the Prophet CORE system as their assigned permissions dictate. Accounts are billed based on the number of active and invited users they have.
An Inactive user can no longer access the Prophet CORE system. To preserve accuracy of historical data users cannot be ‘deleted’, but listing a user as inactive will prevent any access to the Prophet CORE system. Inactive users are not included in the billed license total.
