Both of these symptoms must be occurring for this resolution to work:
- You see a white screen like the screenshot above
- You saw the Prophet splash screen appear and disappear after clicking the Prophet Manager folder
This issue seems to be with Internet Explorer rendering in Outlook. The download below will switch your Outlook to use a newer version of Internet Explorer and it should resolve your issue.
- Close Outlook
- Download the fix below
- Extract the file to your desktop
- Open the file you just extracted while logged in as a Windows Admin
- Click 'Yes' to the prompt's and 'OK' to complete it.
- Relaunch Outlook and re-try Prophet
