Users may look like they are getting added but aren't saving, or Prophet will not allow you to add users at all.
We have seen this typically happen when the Prophet client version is out of date or on an older version than the server. You can follow the steps below in order to update your Prophet client.
- Close Outlook
- Download the latest version of Prophet here:
- Run the file once the download is complete and follow the prompts to install the software
- Relaunch Outlook and try to add a User to an opportunity once again
