Your ribbon has a lot of functionality. You can save any changes you make to a company record, or schedule new appointments without ever leaving the tab. Best of all, you can keep track and get notified about specific records with just a simple click. The Follow button, which appears on the right side as a little chain link will let Prophet CRM know to email you whenever a change happens on a record that you’ve followed.
This way a coworker doesn’t need to let you know every time they change something. Instead, you’ll get an update right in your inbox that will tell you information such as who made the change and when they did it. You’ll also be able to open up the related record straight from that email.
The best part is that when you’re done, or if your work is no longer needed on that particular record, whether it be an opportunity or if you are moving on with clients, you can simply unfollow it. This little quality of life feature is only a small part of Prophet CRM, but it can go a long way in making sure that your work stays organized and efficient.
