The Prophet CRM Add-In can be used with Mac Outlook, Web Outlook, or Outlook for PC.
Windows Desktop Outlook
To install the add-in directly to Outlook Desktop App for Windows follow the steps below:
- In Outlook, click Home > Get Add-ins on the ribbon.
- Search for ‘Prophet CRM’ and select ‘Add’
- When the add-in is installed, go to File > Manage Add-ins or Manage Apps to make sure it’s turned on. When you’re prompted to sign in, type the email address and password you use to sign in to Office programs.
Office 365 Web Outlook
- In Outlook on the web, select a message.
- Select
More actions at the top of the message.
- Go to the bottom of the list and select
Get Add-ins.
- On the Add-ins for Outlook page, search for ‘Prophet CRM’.
- Select ‘Add’
Outlook for Mac
- In Outlook, click Home > Get Add-ins on the ribbon.
